We would kindly ask you do not order a sit down meal during the tour – there’s no time! Each pub boasts a healthy selection of crisps, nuts and other bar snacks, however, which you are welcome to order. You may order a meal upon arriving at our final pub if you wish to have dinner.
We will meet inside the first pub listed on our tour route for each tour! Just head inside and look for the table with our logo, or our guide wearing our signature green polo shirt.

If you are joining us in a wheelchair, get in touch at contact@heritagepubtours.com so we can advise further.
We recommend participants are at least 18 – yes, that’s right, the UK drinking age – to enjoy the tour to its fullest.
We recommend those who do look under 25 years old bring some form of photo ID with them, to ensure they can order drinks throughout the tour.
Our tours are taken in English.
Please get in touch with us if you have any specific language requirements – we may be able to accommodate requests to lead a tour in German!
If we can, we will! Your best bet is to get in touch with us via email, and we’ll let you know ASAP if we can squeeze you in!
Tours can be canceled for a full refund up to one week in advance of the scheduled tour date. Tours can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before departure. Should the tour operates have to cancel a tour for any reason, customers can choose between a full refund or a rescheduled tour.
We allow one free of charge date change outside 72hrs of departure. Further changes will be subject to a rebooking fee of £7.50pp.
Whilst we’re a huge fan of dogs, babies (and to a lesser extent luggage), the pubs we visit may not allow one or all of the above. Please get in touch with us via email so we can advise further!
We don’t expect tips, but they are always appreciated! A drink or some cash is a great way of letting us know you’ve enjoyed the tour.
